A thoughtful remodel and small addition within the Bayshores Community focused on reconfiguring the interior layout to better optimize the home’s living spaces and overall functionality. The design also improved the second-floor areas previously constrained beneath the existing steeply pitched roof, creating new ensuite baths for the secondary bedrooms.

The project carefully preserves the home’s existing charm while enhancing its timeless Nantucket-inspired architectural style through refined detailing, proportion, and materiality.
