Laguna niguel traditional

Located at the base of the hills in Laguna Niguel, this project reimagines the existing residence through an extensive renovation and addition, including a partial second story. Rooted in a traditional architectural style, the design incorporates a mix of horizontal siding, shingles, painted brick, and wood detailing to create a cohesive and balanced exterior. Set against its hillside backdrop, the project is carefully composed both inside and out, with the architecture and interior design thoughtfully aligned to create a cohesive new home for this family.
