This family of 5 was looking for a 4,500 square foot single story forever home to raise their family as well as entertain often. Detached from the main house, accessed through a covered breezeway, is a detached garage to store their numerous recreational toys and a separate guest casita to come. Although new construction the variety and play of materials gives the sense that this home has been added onto over time.
